Charming Girls in September.....

Nothing like waiting until the last minute to post my September Challenge for Kelly!

Do you remember my little rant last November about never volunteering to fix an old quilt? Well, regardless of what I want to do, I still owe this guy his quilt. It was part of a barter with him and my Dear Hubby and I. He has fulfilled his end of the bargain and now I have to hold up my end.

I didn't take a new picture but will soon. I am just throwing this one in from the other post to make the deadline for the challenge.

Blessings, Cathi

Looking forward to see how you are fixing this old quilt. As for myself whenever I say I'm not going to do something ever again - well - it always backfires on me.
My word verification is 'sucks' - as in I swore I would not volunteer for something ever again and got roped into doing it at the last minute.

Sometimes it is hard to do something you really don't want to do. I hope it is not too damaged and therefore you won't have to work on it too long.

The baseboard heating turned out just beautiful. I was a little nervous about it after the 1st coat but the second coat did the trick! Hugs, Loretta

Hey there

Thanks for the b-day wishes. What a week, I'll e-mail you.

The quilt looks well loved, I'm confident that you'll bring it back to life. Also saw your post about Half-Pint. I didn't know that you were related to a Claus - is that one of The Claus':)

Enjoy your weekend!
