BRAS....I am a member (and currently a board member) of the Quilters of South Carolina. Our fearless leader challenged us way back in February to decorate bras....yes, there were a few rules. They were unveiled (on hangers) at our fall retreat this past October. Here they are for all of you to enjoy. I'm here to say, these ladies have some talent.
