Speaking of Stitcheries.....

I thought I'd share a stitchery-quilt that I made several years ago. The stitcheries are a BOM from Buttermilk Basin....one of my favorite designers. These are called "Folk Art Baskets thru the Year" and are found on the "designs for everyday" tab.

I put them together in order with some great brushed cotton plaid and used the big stitch to quilt it. It needs some more quilting in the border but that's for another day. It lives in the living room on the wall above my couch but the picture was taken outside where the light was better.

Make sure you click on the picture to see a clearer view! The picture like this is kind of light.

Blessings, Cathi

Seriously, I need to put together some stitchery stuff so when I visit mom in CA I have hand work.

Looks great to me. LOL..I first thought January was a pumpkin and wondered why that was there, but now I see the carrot nose and know its a snowman. LOL....I can be dense at times, but eventually figure it out.

This is adorable, and I've never seen this pattern before. I've got it on my wish list now.
