I don't know why it takes me so long to finish something but it does. I really wanted to finish this $2.00 Wal-mart frame (yes, I ventured into Wal-mart....aaaggghhh) with the Dark Brown Bri-wax that other prim blogs have been talking about....just to try it out. It took me two weeks and three Ace Hardwares to find it but I did.
Well, I love the way it turned out. I changed the date to our anniversary year and added our intials and some buttons. I had a little trouble with the Bri-wax the first go round so I had to sand, paint and re-wax the frame again. I think I'm going to like it once I get the hang of it!

I just love it! I took your cue and downloaded the pattern. It will be a perfect rememberance for a 30th anniversary *s*
Wow that so pretty! It has my hubby's initials! Very nice to remember an anniversary!
Sweet little number!!
Your finish is just darling! It is very special that you made personal changes ~ makes it a true treasure. Thank you for sharing & I'll be doing the same in the next few days.
Blessed be...
