As with the rest of the South . . . . .

We are on our 2nd full snow day.  The heat in the house is set to 65° but it still feels colder than that.  We haven't seen the sun for a while, making it feel even colder.

I have plenty of sewing to do but haven't even ventured in to the sewing room.  I did try a little hand work last night but mostly I have stayed bundled up on the couch with Dear Hubby.

Dear Hubby and I did make it out side for a little fun in the snow yesterday morning.  He only managed to get this picture of me!

And this was my good side!

Reagan and Nelson seemed to love it.  We couldn't get them to come inside.  They sure took a long nap in the afternoon.

One big remodeling project is almost finished.  When the sun comes out and the light is better, I will take pictures.
Stay warm!

Blessings, Cathi

I live not far from you and YES it is cold. I live in Hamlet, NC off off of Hwy 74. So we get the same weather. I watch channel 9 news(Charlotte) and they say we are still going to have bad weather till the end of the week. It will take me another week to thaw out. Keep warm! No fair, you got snow and we only got ice. I hate ice. At least you can have some fun in the snow and it looks like you all had fun.

I know what you mean, it is about 5 outside today, our snow came on Monday. My grand-daughter had such a good time getting pulled around on a tube behind a 4-wheeler...she is still giggling! I think I will curl up under a quilt and finish a book I am reading...stay warm!

We keep our heat set to 65 also. When we don't have a fire going in the fireplace, then it gets turned up to 67 or 68. You can really tell a difference w/o the fire.

Aw, Reagan and Nelson are so beautiful! I love these pictures! The light snow on them is so neat. Love the one of the face shot, so very sweet!

Last year I had lots of pictures of the kids playing in the snow. I handed my husband the camera to get a shot of me making a snow angel. Well not until I downloaded the pictures did I realize he took about 40 shots of me trying to get up off the ground! It was like a mini movie. Needless to say they got deleted and he is banned from the camera, haha! Looks like you are having fun with the dogs though, that's all that matters. =]

Looking forward to seeing the big remodeling pictures. Have a wonderful week~
