More room in the kitchen . . . . .

I wish I could bump out some walls but I will settle for this . . . .

BEFORE

Dear Hubby had an old enamel table top and 3 leftover railing posts out in his shop.

AFTER

A couple coats of paint, sandpaper, some elbow grease and taa daa !

I even found a towel bar at IKEA for $3.99 that worked like a charm.

This table sure comes in handy for extra counter space.  Time to dig in Dear Hubby's shop for some more spare parts laying around !

Blessings, Cathi

Guess what I scored at Goodwill today? You won't believe....a box of about 12 wooden spools $4.99!!! I think I'll be gifting.

Great table, at first before I started reading your post I was wondering why the legs were different colors. Ikea, I'm jealous, I wish one would open close to me.

I'm so glad that Leann sent me over! I see an idea that I just love...the towel bar! Yup, I think that I can employ that one here today.

Love it of course. The color is great - what color is it?

Enjoy the weekend!

I love how that turned out, good job. I wish I knew how to get that distressed look, mine never turns out.
