Already I've cut several bunches to use in a fritata, in vignarette dressing, and froze some leaves separately to have for later. I haven't even made any pesto yet, and the plants looks as if I've never touched them! Basil butter sounds really good. Thanks for the idea!<br /><br />I didn't get my tomatoes in the ground until last week, but they're doing really well.
